Here’s another wedding event that goes back to October 23rd, 2015, where we were brought in to provide lighting and effects by Cricket Newman Designs. for the Wedding Reception held at Stone River in West Columbia, SC overlooking the Congaree River and the City of Columbia, SC skyline. The event catering was provided by Southern Way Catering. The outdoor tent was provided by Party Reflections and the bartending was provided by Black Tie Bartending.
The lighting effects were as follows:
ENTRANCE & RECEPTION HALL:
Hang & power CND chandelier in entrance way + dim control
Under-Table Lighting for 4 cocktail tables
Spotlighting for 2 seating tables
Spotlighting for large floral arrangement
PAVILION & TERRACE LAWN:
Gatsby style patterns projected onto pavilion floor (diamond shaped, amber)
Spotlighting for large center floral under pavilion
Dappled sunlight projected onto terrace lawn (amber)
Uplighting for palm trees (incandescent, plum purple)
TENT (50′ x 60′):
Patterns projected onto tent ceiling (solid areas and corner spill, dream grill)
Spotlighting for aerial silk artist (fres + dim control)
LED lighting for bar (controller for changing colors)
Uplighting for draped tent legs (with control, white during entrance, gold during performance, purple later)
Adjust and balance existing venue lights
Tech on-site for event

SOUND SYSTEM:
Ceremony sound system to include 2 powered speakers on stands, 1 wireless lapel mic, 1
mixer/processor, on-site tech for the duration of the ceremony
