Here’s the 50th Birthday Party event held for Jimmy Ellis, where we were brought in to provide lighting and effects by event “Embassy Suites by Hilton” Event Planner Andrea Cannon. The beautiful floral arrangements were provided by American Floral. The spectacular Birthday Cake was prepared by Bonnie Brunt Cakes.

The lighting effects were as follows:

  • 1 – 60′ x 12′ Ivory Drape along the wall behind the DJ, Cake, and Memory table
  • 20 – Uplighting on perimeter walls and drape (purple)
  • 4 – Spotlighting florals on Guest of Honor table and bar
  • 4 – Spotlighting for Cake and Memory table
  • 10 – Pin-spot lighting for centerpieces on guest tables
  • 1 – 50th Monogram Projection onto the center of airwall
  • 6 – Crystal Columns for Guest of Honor Row (pairs of columns 15′ wide x 40 deep, center columns flanking
    GOH table, gold)
