Here’s an event where we were brought in to provide lighting and effects by Cricket Newman, Owner of Cricket Newman Designs, for the Wedding Reception held at Sans Souci Pavilion in located in San Souci Farms Sumter, SC. The event catering and bar tending was provided by Aberdeen Catery. The beautiful photography was provided by Megan Manus Photography.
The lighting effects were as follows:
- Cafe Style Stringers – radial pattern
White Fabric swag with radial patterned cafe-stringers – to go from center chandelier to 4
columns and puddle at the bottom
LED Uplighting inside pavilion – light amber
Hang and power 4 CND chandeliers (one over center food station, one over cake, 2 over
lounges) with dimming
Wash lighting for front lawn (bar, lounge furniture and picnic table) (Par 38 on stands)
(~12) CND unpowered lanterns – AM hang lanterns from high tree limbs as directed
Sound System for ceremony to include: 3 speakers on stands, audio controller, wireless lav mic
for minister, input for music, and on-site sound technician for duration of ceremony
Additional audio inputs: DI (guitar), Mic/boomstand (guitar singer), Condenser mic/boomstand
(harp), DI (keyboard), Mic/boomstand (vocal mic, spare/tbd)
