Here’s an event where we were brought in to provide lighting and effects by Cynthia Rumph Chairperson of Alpha Kappa Alpha and Party Reflections for the Annual Fundraiser GALA held at the South Carolina State FairGround’s “Cantee & Goodman Buildings” in Columbia, SC. They wanted a “Winter Wonderland” theme. The event catering was provided by Southern Way Catering. The awesome entertainment was provided by the Finesse Band. Tables & linens were professionally setup and provided by Party Reflections. Video and audio elements were provided by Sound and Images.
The lighting effects were as follows:
- CANTEE BUILDING:
Uplighting for perimeter walls
Cafe Style Stringers strung throughout the ceiling
Ambient Media Crystal Chandeliers over the dance floor
Snow Flake Pattern Projections onto walls
Snow Machine – to create snowfall on the center section of the long dance floor during national hymn
- GOODMAN BUILDING:
Uplighting for perimeter walls
Spotlighting for Ice Sculpture
Spotlighting for tree on 60″ round table
Cafe Style Stringers strung throughout ceiling ( 70′ White C7)
Ambient Media Crystal Chandeliers over dance floor
Snow Flake Pattern Projections onto walls
