We were privileged to be offered the opportunity to help set the stage and the ambiance for the Ben Lippen High School Formal held at the Ben Lippen H.S. Gym in Columbia, SC. Party Reflections brought in the tables & chairs and set them exactly in the perfect proportions. All other elements were brought in by the awesome staff at Ben Lippen! The end result was something straight out of 1000 Arabian Nights!
The lighting & swag effects were as follows:
- FABRIC:Fabric swag across ceiling above court (90′ long x 10 wide’, Victorian Gold, Aquamarine, Green, Fuscia)
Fabric to hide 6 basketball goals (3 gold, 3 Fuscia)
Rig lines for ceiling fabric
- LIGHTING:Uplighting on perimeter drape and archway, color to match drapes
Pattern Projection on ceiling fabric (dappled sunlight effect)
Pattern Projection in corners (Moroccan)Set-up & Strike, balance existing lights for optimum effect
